Bracelet FAQS:

• All of our bracelets are water and sweat resistant! They can be worn while showering, exercising, etc. 

• Our bracelets are one size fits most. They are made with elastic cord and stretch to fit most wrist sizes. All bracelets are 18.5CM in length. 

Refunds+ Returns:

• All sales are final. No returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

•If product is defective or damaged, please email us at shop@selfluvclubxo.com.

 

Shipping+Tracking:

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 

 

Can I edit or cancel my order after it has been placed?

• Once orders have been placed, you can't cancel or make any changes. Please check your shipping address, billing address, and items carefully before placing your order!

 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

• The processing time for orders is 4-6 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Once shipped, delivery time is 5-7 business days. During holidays, this time may vary. 

We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages after items have shipped out.
